Our kiosks are easy to use, with touch screens, keyboards, and voice prompts.
You can even reach the service center by calling directly from it.

Select the Existing Customer button.
Enter your Rental Unit number, press the TAB key to move the cursor to the next field, and enter the last four digits of your primary phone number.
Press CONTINUE after you have entered your information.
Select the Make a Payment button.
Find the unit you wish to make a payment for (you can also make a single payment for multiple units).
If you have a balance due, the amount will be displayed on the screen (you can also prepay for future months).
Select the best payment type for you. (the kiosk will accept CASH, CHECK, or any major CREDIT CARD).
Insert payment.
